Gensler’s Research Program promotes thought leadership that serves as ongoing learning and development for the company's 5000 architects, designers, planners, and consultants who collectively work on 3000 projects annually. Gensler's Workplace Surveys, begun in 2005, now encompass four continents, with 4000 office workers recently surveyed across nine major cities in Latin America, over 4000 U.S. office workers in 11 industries, 1200 UK office workers in 11 industries, and over 2000 randomly sampled Asian office workers in six major metropolitan areas.
